We offer a 90 day money back guarantee! That means if you have any issues with our product just let us know and we will be happy to give you a full refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we ask for a receipt or proof of purchase in order for us to best assist you.

Refunds

  • Take note of your order number and email us stating the condition of the bowl. We will then issue a return authorization number with instructions of how to package and return your bowl.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment *** We cannot refund shipping costs

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Take note of your order number and email us stating the condition of the bowl. We will then issue a return authorization number with instructions of how to package and return your bowl.

Sale items

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
